Quality control is a fundamental component of service excellence. VIP&BTC has implemented numerous manual quality management procedures into its processes to offer an effective quality control program. Combining client-specific training and quality control checks, we effectively expedite the reservation process while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance for every reservation we book.

Implementation

VIP&BTC’s quality control efforts begin during new account implementation. VIP&BTC utilizes customized company and traveller profile forms to gather information regarding new client policies, procedures and traveller preferences. This information then serves as the basis for travel counselor training prior to startup.

Management Reporting

Meaningful management information is a critical component of an effective travel management program. VIP&BTC offers through our back-office travel management reports that help our clients understand and proactively manage their travel spending.

Travel Policy

Travel policy plays a critical role in reducing T&E expenses. The right policy, properly enforced results in a new level of savings. Companies should update their policy to reflect changes in travel management practices and objectives—which typically fluctuate in response to industry changes. For this reason, we work closely with our clients to evaluate and refine T&E policies to maximize cost savings and promote compliance. If you do not have a Travel policy, we will assist you and develop a Travel policy, which meets the needs of the company.
